Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines payment guidelines, third-party cost boundaries, and refund criteria for clients of Westway Education Consultancy Pvt (Ltd) (Company Reg No: PV00285452).

1. Separation of Consultancy Fees & Third-Party Costs

We maintain a clear distinction between professional fees paid directly to Westway Education and external disbursements paid to third parties.

2. Initial Assessment & Consultation Services

Initial assessment reviews, live calendar consultations, and embassy mockup sessions are considered fully completed once the session is executed. Any associated booking fees or retainers are non-refundable.

3. Sovereign Exemption of External Third-Party Fees

Westway Education has zero control over external platforms and funds. The following fees are strictly non-refundable by Westway Education, and are governed entirely by the terms of those specific third parties:

  • Academic application fees paid to third-party portals or school systems.
  • Blocked account deposits held in banking institutions.
  • Embassy visa application fees, biometric charges, and state consular surcharges.
  • Immigration health surcharges (IHS) and international health insurance coverage premiums.

4. Conditional Advisory Refund Framework

Refunds on professional consulting fees paid directly to Westway Education are restricted to the following condition:

  • Failed Filing: If Westway Education fails to process or file your target application to pre-agreed partner institutions before the university's specified deadline due to verified direct neglect on our side, a partial refund of up to 50% of our directly received service fee may be requested.
