• All final acceptance decisions remain the sole, sovereign discretion of individual university boards.
• All visa approval decisions remain the exclusive, sovereign authority of national embassies, immigration panels, and consular desks (such as the UK Home Office or Finnish Migri).
• Westway Education undertakes zero liability for financial losses, travel disruptions, or administrative visa refusals.

3. Client Obligations and Authenticity Commitment

• Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, you are required to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so the slot can be allocated to another applicant.
• Policy on No-Shows: Repeated booking without attendance or failure to show up without prior cancellation may result in a temporary suspension of your ability to book future free consultation slots through our platform.
